STILL-LIFE DIGITAL PAINTING

Still Life with Oranges and a Ceramic Jug – Painted with Infinite Painter

In this piece, I chose a simple composition: a few oranges placed next to a ceramic jug on a tabletop. But it’s in that simplicity that I found the chance to really focus on light, texture, and the mood of the scene.

Using Infinite Painter — one of my go-to digital tools — I experimented with various brushes to capture the rough texture of the orange peels, the soft highlights reflecting off their surface, and the subtle grain of the jug. A neutral background helps the main subjects stand out while keeping the overall composition balanced.

For me, this painting wasn’t just a technical study. It was also a way to observe and appreciate the quiet beauty of everyday objects — like some fruit and an old jug — when they’re seen in the right light, at the right moment.
